2. Personal data
As a user registering my own account on e-champs.com, I freely consent to Champs LLC processing the following data I provide during registration: first name, last name and email address. This consent also covers my account identifier and the record of this consent (date, time, version and text).
3. Purpose of processing
Purpose: creating and confirming my account, providing access to it, communicating with me about registration, and recording evidence of this consent.
4. Permitted operations
Permitted operations: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, restriction, deletion and destruction of the listed data, by automated and non-automated means.
5. Duration and withdrawal
This consent applies until account deletion or withdrawal, whichever occurs first. I may withdraw it by contacting sport@e-champs.com from my registration email address or by another method that identifies me as the data subject. Any additional verification must be appropriate to the circumstances of the request.
6. Processing after withdrawal
After withdrawal, the controller stops processing based on this consent and destroys the data within the statutory period unless another lawful basis applies. Data required to perform a contract or comply with a legal obligation may continue to be processed on that separate basis.
7. Limits of this consent
This consent does not authorise publication of my profile or data to an unlimited audience, advertising messages, processing of health or biometric data, or data about other people. Those operations require their own lawful basis. This is not a consent to cross-border transfer or a consent to dissemination of personal data.
8. Giving consent
I give this consent through a separate action that clearly expresses my consent. Acceptance of the user agreement is separate.
I consent to the processing of my personal data for account creation and maintenance under this separate consent.
